In this lecture I will show you how to tile a texture or image using Photoshop I show two methods for achieving this we will then apply to a rock model inside ZBrush. learning to use Photoshop to tile a texture is an essential skill you should know so learn it here today with this tiling textures mini-course!

We will look at a couple of techniques to do this first a simple flip vertical and horizontal duplicate flips and retouching and then a custom offset technique that is more commonly used, try both!

Remember when looking for images to Tile for texturing make sure the lighting is neutral so that your not accidentally adding a false lighting to the texture! some times you might need to relight the image and take this away digitally!
